Mannawarra long. I decided on the way to the start that with my leg in the condition it is the best option was to do the shortest route possible. So, I red lined the entire course.
12.6km course and I did 13.4km

Hamstring curls.
I did right leg only on 10kg x 3. That’s a huge improvement in strength! Considering I couldn’t even lift it a few cm up.
