Clean run (just one little compass error) I ran up all the hills with power which was nice.
I was out there having fun really.

Legs not able to move fast at all. When I finished I felt I could go for another 90mins. I was in no way tired. SO yeah.. feel amazingly fit but my legs are at 80% moving speed.
I will be focusing on rest and recovery this week and maybe next week too.

ALSO my shoulder hurts...WHY?

Yeah not running at 100%.I feel amazingly fit but with my hammy playing up, I cant get my legs moving to the speed I want them to.
Ran over 3 and hesitated on 13 and 19. Not great.
