Long run at bridgie. It was quite warm out so I was worried about my hayfever flaring up. Ending up ok but my legs felt rubbish and stiff at the 6-10km mark and only felt better again in the last km. Just achey and sore.
We did the bandicoot trail which i forgot is steep in places.

I had a horrible stitch and that made it so hard to run. I will not eat cornflakes before park run again
