Botched up my longer legs again grr. Short legs are fine. I have to be more observant and pick points off better. I also need to find the better route out of thick green better.

Feeling a bit rough today after last nights sleep but I went out anyway. This was at the map Unikula and Jim set me a course with 21 controls. It was an excellent course and I did the first bit quite well and I was concentrating well. The longer legs stuffed me around physically which I think is going to be the same on the race day. I stuffed around at 16 heading off in the wrong direction.
