Orienteering in athelstone. I struggled to cross the creek in places and then my feeties got wet.

Went out with Alyce today for park run. We were aiming for 4:55km but I ended up pacing her at 5:05 which she was comfortable with. Alyce does well with a pacer so I think she can get under 25 next time.

Putting out controls and running a leg of the sprint night relay I did. My mapping skills are questionable so I hoped people liked it and didn't get too lost. I think I need some help with the set up next time. I was too stressed and time restricted to get the controls out after work.
