I am in Sydney for 18hours for work. I am staying in North Sydney so I went for a very windy and rainy run across the bridge and back. I didn't like being up so high on the bridge while also being blown about so I came back earlier than I intended. Also! Why are the footpaths in Sydney tiles? They are so slippery.
Some new stretches to do. I have to do them twice a day especially after running. I also did some lower ab Pilates because my apparently my lower abs are pretty weak.
