So I some how ran an extra 2.5 km extra than the intended straight line 10.2km. That is not good.

I felt alright running but My routes were just poor. Poopy.

Got a gym membership again as a bday present to me. Started tabata as it is an interval program. Quite tough

6km warm up checking control sites and then 8x200m reps. Sore from tabata
