Longest run I have done and I really didn't feel that bad doing it. I mean my body died at the 19km mark but I held on for the last 3km. This was a pretty dam hilly run as well.

This was a sa trail run and not too many people showed up in the winters weather. I roughly knew where the trail went and bun didn't so we stuck togethor. Saw Lauren lead 5 runners off down the wrong track to woodhouse but we found them at lofty.

The tunnel under the railway at Bridgwater was flooded and kinda dicey to get through without being washed away but did a nice job of cleaning our shoes.

Bun and I got lost in the crafers bit which ended up being really hilly and long but we eventually found spring gully road and our way back.

Bun am I went to snake pit for some sand running. I did 6 laps and my hip flexers started getting sore so I stopped and did some push-ups.

Went running early for a bit to warm up my back because it was aching. Went around to the weir and back with the kiddies and Jenny. Found my car battery died when I tried to leave. Emily's dad pushed it while I dropped the Clutch. Worked and now I am home.

I went to kuipto after driving home from my grandmas at port Elliot. As I am only going over a few days before wuoc I need all the soft terrain running as possible. Set a course and ran it and felt good to be out in the forest. Told Belinda where I was because I realised that no one knew I was there alone and that wasn't such a good idea if I hurt myself.
