orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

I went around the moderate course with the George twins. I am hoping I taught then something about making plans and taking bearings.

run 2:13:00 [3]

Tilly's hill road to crafers, eagle on the hill with a water stop and back via the yuerebilla trail. Got very sore legs doing the down on the single track at the end. I haven't run this long in a loooooong time. Body was like... Stop, what are you doing?

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [3]

My back is sore today. It has been sore since sleeping on the mats while camping. Did a lot of core and back exercises to relieve pain.

run 30:00 [3]

My back wasn't coping so I did a 20min warm up jog to see if I could in stiffen it. It felt good after that but when I started with the group it began aggravating me again. Stupid camping, my back has been so good for 6 months and camping ruined it.

run 20:00 [3]

Had to work late tonight and I need all the money I can get. Couldn't make it to running and I am hoping a few juniors still showed up and Andrew took them. I wanted to do a time trial tonight but my body is not happy. Did a recovery run tomorrow. Feet still sore.

orienteering 35:00 [3]

middle distance day.
In pain still and was unable to run. I did change my shoes though to my sneakers. Not happy with the series of events this weekend that caused me not to be able to run. jogging feels super wrong in a middle distance.
