my aim today was to get this loop to 22mins. I wasn't feeling the best this arvo after work so I thought I wasn't going to do it. But pushed it at the end and felt stronger than I have on the last 2mins.
Ended up getting this 2 seconds under. next week I want to get 21.30. Simon reckons I can get 20mins

Morialta run. Did a small bit up to near pretty corner before hand and then ran with the rest of the group to third falls. Calves were sore on the steep hills and had to walk to stretch then out a bit.
