What I planned to do: 90min run with 15min push at the end.

What I did do: a 70min run with a 15 min push at the end.

Was hot but ok up at Bridgey. I felt as if the 15mins at then end was pretty hard. I got up to 4:20min k s at the end.

What I did: park run

Was fun but wow did this hurt. Very hot and felt like stopping and walking at one point.


This time includes warm up and warm down.

What I planned to do: 60mins of s&c

What I did: 20mins of s&c. I got bored and ran out of time. Spent the afternoon marking short stories. Things I found in my year 3s and 4s writing.

What I planned to do: 2km warm up, 3x500m intervals and 1km warm down.

What i did: just that. :D

race at ANU.
technically my best run but still speed was lacking. Better then the other days but my calves are killing me from the running training on saturday.
