Sprint intervals mass starts at Bicheno. Was good to get back into sprinting again. Really shows how I need to get better on surges. Did 3 with all the girls. Didn't do too badly but I have a lot to work on before qld.

Sprint course. Frustrating as control 5 was on the ground on the rocks and I couldn't see it. Was there for a min standing on top of it looking around. Prong was just sitting there laughing with his go pro.

Afternoon relay at little child's. Lachy and I came third. Behind Lizzie and Andrew and Toph and Laura. We won chocolate. Felt good.

Felt very nervous but took it slow and came back with a smile.

Hikes back along the coast to the car park. Feet died by the end of the first 3 km along the beach. Was a pretty strenuous hike back. Feet are now taped and I'm resting in a back packers in St. Helens.

Hiked from hazards to top of my graham. Then to Coles bay and then back to hazards . Had a tiger snake chase me down a track. Feet are completely ruined. Long day
