Long run from Zara's house to pole road and back via Sturt valley and Belair. Big turn out. The girls showed up too which was awesome and they did it all and were ok at the end. Felt stronger today and was doing 5min km at the end so that was a plus. I am super tired now after going straight to work after.

This time I went to Joan's pantry to get coffee but it was shit and I was sad. So then I walked to the park kiosk but that was also shut. So then I walked home sad and coffeeless.

Running in Belair before group run as we had to go out shopping after. I went up echo tunnel and then cross country to the restricted train line track and then back through the adventure playground. I got stuck and had to crawl at one point while going through the bush. Now I have a cut on my knee.

Long run Wednesday. Felt hay feverey and tired on hills. Also saw ducklings cross the road twice on rankeys right where the new duck crossing sign is.

Dene time trial. I think I did it slower this week bleh. 8:51 min . It is also 1.8km with 2 big hills.
