orienteering 31:20 [3] 4.5 km (6:58 / km)

Sa middle distance champs at moon rocks. Pleasant run, not really fair on bun who started before me and I saw her get the first controls. That was a bit mean. Other then that, I flowed very well and lost time over shooting a control to 12 and not going direct line to 15.

run 50:00 [3]

Did 4 interval sessions at Adelaide uni with bun. We got rained on for the first one which was annoying. Did run as hard as I would in a sprint. Just consistent. Did some silly choices in the last one. Was fun!

run 1:09:00 [3]

Ran up to eagle on the hill from carrack hill along yurrebillabtrail. On the way back I took the track along to brown hill. Simon said this wasn't possible to do so I went this way to prove him wrong. Turns out he was right, I ran into a herd of cattle and their babies who seemed pretty pissed and then the tracked ended only to find a sign that said private property. Oh well. Nice run and got pretty windy.

Strength and conditioning 30:00 [3]

Feeling awful today. Bad doms and in weird places. I have it in my upper back. Anyway I don't feel we'll because of it. Went for a walk to ease pain this morning but I don't think it helped.
