long run, starting at tuners park in mitcham. we had Mel, Liv, Will, James, Tyson, Fern, Jenny and Simon. We are doing these runs for the juniors for the first nols.
We went up randalls and then to pony ridge and then back down brown hill. my achillies are a bit sore from running on friday.

Also Simon wants you to consider trees for hair

orienteering summer series. I did intervals of 1,2,3,3,2,1,1,1 then my feet hurt. I was wearing my waffles cause i have no clue where my adizeros are. Maybe in brisbane

woke up early this morning and did some exercises while watching the news

woke up this morning with really sore quads and as the day got on, it got worse and worse until running this afternoon. I could run up hills, so i did 4x 1min hills and then when i got to the point at morialta where i had to run down again...i couldnt. It took my 25mins to walk 800m down hill.

im back and its time to log again. I went running with Ian, Julia and Simon up to olave and back. Im feeling kinda week from not eating much lately due to gastro last week. I still feel funny.
