Run through belair. Suppose to be a hard run but felt real sluggish and never picked up the pace.

Changed to lighter weights with a thousand more reps. Completed my 3 weeks of heavy weights

intervalssss!!! 200,400,600,600,400,200 with the junior arrows. they are getting fast. turns out my 200m speed is the same as my 600m speed

I did a leg curl @ 30kg! Now back to lighter weights
