3sets of 5 in leg presses of 50kg and 80kg. ( i changed my seat position half way to more comfortable which meant more weight) 3 sets of 5 20kg leg curls, i then tried the squat machine on 30kg on half squats. was ok on my back so might try it again.
Back has been feeling a thousands times more better the past 2 days due to being more active.
