shadowed olivia and Sally around course 3 teaching them a few things. was very windy today but i did like the area. Needs to be remapped

just an easy run around the park. was suppose to do 50mins but it was getting way to dark

Strength and conditioning 40:00 [3]

3sets of 5 in leg presses of 50kg and 80kg. ( i changed my seat position half way to more comfortable which meant more weight) 3 sets of 5 20kg leg curls, i then tried the squat machine on 30kg on half squats. was ok on my back so might try it again.
Back has been feeling a thousands times more better the past 2 days due to being more active.

I started off steady but had to stop due to really needing to go to the toilet. I knew there wasnt any until the finish so decided to keep going. I then had to catch up alot to the other guys as i missed them at the lights.
So this turned into a tempo/i need to poop run

Did 3 sets of each. Leg press at 80kg. Hamstring curls at 20kg , calf raises with 8kg. Plus other stuff

run around hawthorndene and Coro with the crew. it was muddy but felt soooo good to be running again. it also makes my back very happy :D
