sprint training set by Robin at Flinders. was a bit half arsed on the second one. feeling sluggish but pushed it through the end of the last one.

north adelaide run. did 20x 30sec intervals with 1 min off. ran back every 2 to run with Sally. My juniors did well :D

SA middle distance,

Today i was highly induced with pain killers that my back only starting hurting 10mins after the race.
Felt kinda depressed to be so far down on Jenny, I did make a few errors that added up I guess. Running was happening today as well.
Was a great fun course though.

I totally stuffed one as i was very distracted at the start by Tyson and Nigel talking about extreme Orienteering, in which you require a old man nappy because you are too extreme to stop running to go to the toilet.
Stuffed up number 1 by a good 2 mins due to laughing so hard.
