never really got into this long. I just kinda jogged. I didnt make a really big blunder, just a lot of messing about. My back was still hurting from Wednesday but it began to get really sore at about 4 and from 9 on i was struggling to jump across the creeks.

Waiting around for almost 3 hours after the event wasnt so great as well. A bottle of wine and a few panadol fixed it for the rest of the night but was still sore in the morning.

Sa night champs
After my epic 15min error last year at the night champs i was kinda scared again about this event. But this year I had AYUPs! woo.....still navigated poorly but got the hand of it at the end. I guess my mistakes werent that bad.
Having this at the flinders was amazing

Session at the gym before work. I did my strenght exercises and a warm up

I did a 10x 150m run throughs before the group run. decided my back was too sore from pulling it yesterday so went home.

studied all day and was so very unmotivated to leave the warm couch...but did anyway. did some stair climbs around the corner from the house. Thought i saw the wiggle delivery man, so ran back home, but alas, still no order.

Then I ran with Liv around the North Adelaide Loop. As she was the only junior to show up we did a one on one 30secx20 with 1min float.
Liv is a great person to run with!
Hopefully next week more juniors will show up :D
