Didnt want to go running today but went with the group for the night run. Took the group for a flat run that wasnt so flat...

motivation to do this race...0
made a good error on 2, a good error on 4 and an outstanding error on 17. turns out i almost DNF punching the wrong control at 17, going to 18, realising it was wrong, going back to the real 17 and then back to 18. on the way i managed to fall into a cessnock cesspool up to my waist.

was quite ok, no where i was confused or navigating bad (except maybe 3) . quite happy.
work on hills maaybe? tee hee

this was one of those runs where i came back thinking "yah! i think i just ran really well" ...only to realise i came 8th.
Stupid little legs should run faster!
