I thought i was working at 12:30 this afternoon and woke up at 7:30 to go for a run. sat down to eat breakfast and check my roster for the next week when i realised i was working at 9!!!! shiiiit, so ran around got my work clothes on and went to work for the rest of the day. sigh
so no run got done and only did this.
