my time was 80 something.
ANYway it totally should have done around 70 if i decided not to loose my head at control 14 (6mins). and just at the end at 19(4). I royally stuffed up at 14, did not run far enough and just was bleh. relocated off the track and then that didnt event help.
19 it was just a stupid parallel error.
I was running so much better in the terrain then i have ever have before for a long run. i was so happy about that so the fact i made errors hasnt put me down so much.
i would be soooo incredibly happy with 70mins for 8.4 at mack creek.
i just have to do some more map reading before easter. 2 weeeks!!

400's like two weeks ago but with extra float at the end of the interval session, twas good and I am sore now.

running to jenny's house down pony ridge and brown hill creek, down grange road, down goodwood and to jenny's. i wasnt sure exactly where jenny's house was so i made a few wrong turns near the end
