i was going to do a longer loop which was going down pony ridge and then back up lynton bike trial but adrian said he was going up to mt lofty to do some running at the botanic garden so i thought that sounded like more fun.
it was cold and rainy and ewwy so im glad im didnt do the longer one.

also my legs are hurty

ok apparently on the sa.orienteering website there was a report about the sprint event on the weekend. it said that simon was the fattest on the mens couse and bridget was the fattest on the womens course.....


it is now fixed but really? really?

anyway my foot hurt during the group run so i ran back and then waited for the others to come back
