Training at pewsey vale. it was intense. we did two 2.5km course with 25 controls each. I tried very hard to maintain my concentration at 100% throught out the whole course but it was so hard that if you accidently switched off for one second you were gone. i did that at 19 and another one on a cliff. cliffs seem to be by achilles heel...along with other things.

the second course was alot harder. i lost concentration earlier this time. number 5. wasted most of my time there.
then it was just very tirering for the rest of the course. i became so tired that i sprained my ankle, fell into a tree? and sprained my left pinky finger
