ran around the courses at Mt cootha for this weekends event. they are 1.5 km longer then stated so watch out!

training at clives, making alot of small mistakes and i wasnt really pushing it due to sprintivals later

Sprint training at UQ, 4 courses set by anna, didnt do them backwards cause i was kinda tired. good session though

a police car kept following me around my circuit. not sure why, it even followed me down a foot path..., they finally drove past and i thought they would stop me but they were just laughing in their car.
