Training Log Archive: biddy

whoops, i kinda pushed the hill to hard to start with. I died by the round about. However i managed to stay a good pace for most of the way until channel 10, running with the same blokes the whole time with the next girl coasting at about 50m ahead of me the whole time.
Then came the 2km down hill. It was awesome fun i reckon i did that in like 6mins. I think i pushed myself too hard though cause when i got to the flat at the bottom, i just couldnt move anymore, everything seized up. Went from 3:30min ks to 6min and sat on that until the last hill and down to the finish. it was gay, 5 girls passed me on the flat 5mins before the end cause i just couldnt get my feet moving. stupid down hill.
anyway i did a 7min PB and was 15th girl and 114th overall

short run after work to clear the head

fun run, and it was fun. i had an ok pace the whole time and i think i placed about 10th ish maybe for the women. the first woman did 18:17mins ive seen her before in running mags..so what ever. Nina came 4th so that was cool. ALSO i was running the whole thing with lord mayor campbell neumann. i totally didnt know until i finished when i turned around and saw him cross the line. bahaha i beat him yeah! he must have been the bloke i over took 100m before the line.

since my boss has decided im too expensive to give work to ( unlike those little 18 year olds) i have pretty much this week off except for 10 hours here and there. therefore i have nothing better to do but run and play vice city.
i ran into wendy and lance near the end. good to see them finally
