so tired , two parties in two night and i had to get up uber early this morning and organise the UG teams.
our team won but UG didnt win. stupid system

im planning on doing the trex tri on the 25th nov so i got on my bike today to see how i was at riding at the moment. not too bad but it was mainly flat.
i plan to do the short course which is only 10km hilly ride.

felt like running again this morning. this one went from JC to summit down to moore park through anzac over bridge back to car.

i have spent the rest of this morning dealing with possible sponors for our cyclones summer sprint series. very exciting
