orienteering 1:13:30 [3] 4.7 km (15:38 / km)

oh dear god. Cascades has defeated me once again.
Overconfidence on spiking 1 and 2 caused me to run 500m too high going to 3. I just generally suck at contouring and this showed it.
relocated of a random boulder.??? and found it after 31mins.
excellent
spiked everyone after that...so yeah take 21mins off my time and thats what i should have done if i knew how to contour.

OH and i cant talk anymore and my cold is shit :D (so dont call me cause i cant answer)

here is my epic fail at no. 3 funnily enough i have never spiked all of the other controls so well or run so quickly at cascades... sigh

bleh i feel sick
voice was pretty croaky today and i wasnt feeling great. Suprisingly i ran this pretty well and spiked them all. i guess i wanted to be back in the rock. Head was spinning after.

dropped toph off at the bus station and drove to coles. left my car there and went up to channel nine and back down moggil road in the gap and back to coles. the worst bit was the run on the road back to coles. it got pretty hot

this is my longest run to date since i got back
