yah running is fun!
went by myself from highwood rd down boscombe to gap creek, through kenmore hills (got lost) finally found the entrance to the reservoir and then up to the summit. from there i went to channel 9 and back down highwood.
fun fun fun. super hilly though but i felt good.
i also took a map from the long distance of jwoc with me. i have drawn a whole bunch of courses on corpse so hopefully i can put them up on here.

feeling better today. can do 110kg leg thingys. yah and 10kg arm thingys. hahaha i dont know their names

oh this was at race elements too and olly was late. geez

orienteering 21:00 [3]

was suppose to be a group interval session but no one could finds the controls fast enough so i just ended up leading people into controls. i decided this wasnt good for the other people so stopped and let people pass.

this was funny.
labour day ride with mum.
we went into the city from mt cootha botanical gardens and down onto the river bike way, cross the goodwill bridge, into south bank for yummy muffins and then back via Victoria bridge.

mum incidents:
-mum fell off once.
-she also ran her bike into mine and i fell off.
-she decided that she couldn't get her bike started while crossing a set of lights at an intersection so she decided to walk it...while cars were crossing at the same time....

strange things we saw:
-a chihuahua in the front basket of someones bike.
-kids at south bank randomly breaking out into some form of dance where they just shake???
-some amateur parkour kids trying to jump a walkway and failing.

i have a spear grass in my heel so this hurt.
but the running was easy pace. should have gone faster
