i hate spear grass with a passion!!! this hurt alot. grr now i have all these welts on my leg that wont stop stinging. stupid qld, stupid brightview, stupid speargrass.

well this was epic. i was already up to 80min at the turn off to home when i decided to go extra down to the dam. i feel pretty ok considering. i reckon this has to be one of the longest runs ive done.

hilly trail run from gap creek. was a nice run and i only stopped once to talk to some goats.

did my first race elements session with olly. it was good fun and i will be back next week!
bec was awesome and the gym ball game was fun. olly sucked at it :P

train exercise at clives where we run in a line and the last person has to sprint to the front. all the oldies bailed half way through

was heaps better. I havnt gained distance on the 1 or 2 but wow im impressed with my two 3's. i gunned those. so i guess my strength at running faster for longer periods has increased.

was a handicap race on at rangers tonight that i had no clue was on. so i just ran it for shits and giggles. didnt win
