this was just bad from the word go. sigh what a shitty way to end the weekend.

stamina= 0
i just fetl horrible. and then i lost my hair tie so i had crazy hair and had to tie it up with the rubber band on my last map.

first two controls were bad. at the 1st control i caught aislinn and bun caught me. i didnt see aislinn for the rest of the first loop but ran just behind her for most of the second. after that we were just overtaking each other in placing until the 3rd last control where she sprinted away from me :( then i tried to do maths in my head to see if i could out sprint her in the chute...but i got it wrong and she beat me my 2 seconds haha that sounds so bad, i should have just run harder

so this was a 200m threshold jog to hill, hill rep, jog to track X2 and then after the 2nd do a 400m hard and then repeat this all again.

so i just did this at gap creek while looking for any other members of orienteering..but there was no one there, where were they all??
