went over to bardon, did the opposite of last week. rode past pants and lendy's house and caught them as they were going out for a walk. good ride.

total amount of kids almost killed: 3
1 who didn't see me coming towards them while riding them , another who was fascinated with his bucket instead of the bike path he was on and another who just didn't hear me on the bike path and was pulled out of the way by his father just in time. quite dramatic really. in every circumstance i rang my bell however...they were idiots.

long run with the cyclones from clares house. best run i have had from clares house. usually i get 20mins and turn back. at least thats better than ian, who use to do 10 from clares and would be asleep on the couch when we got back.

tired now, will sleep until the sprints this arvo

injinji cyclones sprint at UQ. best course ive done there in a while, was more sprinty! then stupid long legs
stuffed around alot running out of controls without looking ahead. Need to stop doing this!
in the end i think i won the womens

great court ultra sprint #1. up against rach, she beat me so i got kicked out into the B race.

we had a course wiht only water courses on it. fun fun fun. i had to put out the streamers. no. 1 was a bit iffy and i went up the wrong creek system going to 5 but i felt stronger

the most random thing i saw today was a real muscly guy at the gym who obliviously didnt know i was there, who started dancing to all the moves of single lady by beyonce when it came on the tv.
