orienteering (vic sprint champs) 16:00 [5] 2.5 km (6:24 / km)
had goals about route choice and exit route today..also with full concentration during legs. worked really well and managed to have a really good course despite control 8 where i got sidetracked by the out of bounds... lost about 20seconds maybe...
anyway it was good fun!
went to the physio. it is a minor strain in my pernius...something muscle in my leg..?? anyway it will heal very quickly, probably all good by the end of the week.
