well... this just keeps getting depressing. im getting way to side tracked and i feel sooooo unfit and i dont get it with all this training. IM SOO Mad with myself and to top it all off i have done something to my leg. so today was just a painful jog/walk. i hate it. anger anger anger.
dad dropped me off at the bluff and i ran around there and then back via the beach to Gma's house. Was longer then i thought it would be but still lots of fun.
there is an awesome track that goes along the cliff edge south from the bluff. i want to check that one out tomorrow
went running from G-mas place down to the victor village and back via the beach. While running down the beach i saw a pod of dolphins about 10ms out and so i thought hey i wonder what would happen if i got in the water. So i got in up to my waist and splashed around and they came in real close and played around me for about 5mins..then they swam away. BEST RUN EVER!
