in albury tonight, so i went for a little run around here with Ian trying to find the murray river..but fail.

far too hot, i had to stop three times to sit down and try to make myself less hot.
oh well no running tonight because its going to be the last family dinner with everyone together for a long time. Ian and I leave tomorrow

got 7week body assessment today, very happy with my results especially my 6cm drop in my butt size :P

short and fun street o tonight and north lakes, felt better running but got a little slower at the 20min point.

had to work 10 hours today so i missed running and because of dad waking me up at 4am... i didnt make the 6am class
