very hurty today, im a little bit tired still from yesterday.
horray its a rest week! although im trading in training this week to work.. eew

OK so this run was a disaster. I mean im happy i kept running for the full 86mins but i pretty much couldnt lift my legs at the 50min mark.
It didnt help that i woke up this morning with aching legs and a cramped calf.
Anyway ran from thors place in toowong through the cemetary, up JC and to the summit. From there i ran to channel 9 back down highwood road trail and down moggil to the gap and back through kays road to home.

I hope the rest of the running group figured out i ran home and are not still looking for me .. im sure thor or ian etc will tell them.

happy to be home and resting after a really long week of training. rest week next week !!

Note

just a little note to say that my daddy bought me a panic alarm that shoots of a 115dB siren when i pull it off its keychain (its f**king loud). SO that means i can go running now knowing my parents arnt worried about me.

warm up before my pump class.
I did an 8 week body assessment at the gym today.
lost 2.5 kg which is all the fat i put on while in europe yah!
lost 1cm everywhere except my pecs where i have gained 2cm and my biceps and thighs have gained 1
all good in other area,s water levels could be higher though...
overall pretty happy

i went MTBing with Ian this morning.I only hurt myself once when i fell off my bike while stationary with my feet still clipped in and Ian didnt help me he just laughed.

just a quick note to tell you about my latest orienteering nightmare. in this one, i was with the jwoc australian team from 2007 at the anz challange in nz. and for some reason the team accomodations were at noosa on the beach front. well anyway at one of the meal times i decided to get a different form of food and when i sat down to eat it the whole boys team laughed at me beause of the different food so i got angry and banged my fist down on the table right where i had left my retainer and i broke it in half. evidently my teeth went crooked and i cried.

end dream (yet again no orienteering involved)

knee hurts from running into a log yesterday so i couldnt do the lunges on my right leg.

had to warm up my knee alot, its pretty sore and i cant seem to lock it but after a while or running it felt fine.

run 3:20 [5] 0.8 km (4:10 / km)

4x800m with lap walk in between

run 3:23 [5] 0.8 km (4:14 / km)

run intervals 3:18 [5] 0.8 km (4:07 / km)

this one i had the same pace for each 400m which im stoked about

warmdowns in betwenn each 800m and warm down at the end
