orienteering (qld club relay champs) 55:00 [3]

i was in a team with chris spriggs and cath howes.
i ran the 2 long legs and both were fine. one of the long maps purposefully had no tracks on it to make it harder but the other one did, however we got to look at all the maps10mins before we started so i drew all the tracks on my other map.(they didnt think that one through did they)

Anyway stuffed around a bit on 4 for my 1st leg, wasted about 1min there. silly mistake anyway.

and ugly gully team won and my Team ended up coming 5th and yet again... UGLY DIDNT WIN!

ran from my house again this morning with the saturday crew.. seems like people piked out today due to the rain?

anyway i did the exact same loop as a month ago and i took 9mins off. YAH!
22.28 to the first intersection so thats a PB as well.

i love my lazy Wednesdays :D

i thought that if i was even going to attempt to do this triathlon in november i would at least need to have some form of basic swimming fitness... so i don't drown.

also there were too many people at the pool today.

yah this is at least a min less than last week.
also i wore my o shoes today but evidently i still had to walk on the vertical bit but only for 20seconds

ran back down the mountain down the cockatoo trail, which i only just found out existed.
I also took a map with me, one i found in the car , of getrygen in sweden.
