not complaining, not the best run but the best ive had at mt crosby..ever ,so yah!

there was no long run this morning so i went off myself
up moggil (bad) and then down the other side of cootha to bardon and back via the pond to the gap

running up mountains is fun

this included a warm up, recovery laps in between and warm down

then a body balance class which hurt...
and then some more mid strength weights with the medicine balls

easy, threshold, easy, hard X2
was fun
