it was my last run in sweden today and meh i dpnt care if it was shit, ive still had heaps of fun here and will miss is.
right now im in the oslo airport and waiting to board my 3 flights today to sydney and then my one flight on monday morning to brisbane.... 24hours travelling yah!

omg this sooo much fun.
1st of all the chairlift to the start was super fun! and then the view from the top was fantastic and then running above the tree line was awesometastic.

to get over my shockingly bad run today, i went home at and went to the pool and did some hot cold recovery in the spas and cold pool. was awesome.
then i went shopping in the oringen shop yah yah!

i mean well ok so i found them all ok in the end but i just pretty much screwed up every control. and i waster ages on 5 cause i ran out of the control in the wrong direction cause that norweigein girl ida marie caught me...lame.

Event: Oringen 2008
orienteering (oringen day 1) 1:13:57 [3] 6.8 km (10:52 / km)
yeah pretty good. hestitated at every control but never had a really big stuff up so that put me into 41st place and im happy with that considering
d20e has a pretty tough field and i was only 30sec on suri ulvestadt but im sure she didnt have much of a good day today.

also i am loving this oringen deal.
im living in the skiresort in a nice room with a playstation 2 and a dishwasher.
and today after the event when i got home i went to the oringen shop and browsed at o gear for a while before i went to the massage tent for a massage while i listened to the band play queen songs on stage infront of a crowd of 5000
this is awesome fun

walked 20mins to the bus stop
rode in a train for 3 hours
went in the metro for 20mins
had a 20min bus ride
waited around at airport for 2 hours
went on a 2hour plane ride
waited around at the oslo airport for 3 hours
went on a 5 hour bus ride
got to lindevallen at 11:30pm
went to bed by 12:30am in sweden
