it was just one of those days today.. never really got into it and my motivation levels just decreased with every mistake i made.
managed to keep running though unlike other unmotivational times.
ended up have an ok time in the end was still winning by the time i left

i spent alot of time today taking the bush option to practice my bush running
apparently toohey forest has vegetation decenty close to that of sweden.. i might go back there

extra long run this morning
knee is fine but this is the longest ive ever run before so im wrecked
ran from wendys, up to channel 7 past channel 9 to the look out and back down jc slaughter back to wendy's

i had a four hour break at uni today and so i thought i would do a short recovery run while also running in my new orthodics
i got to the 6min mark when my feet couldnt take it any more and so i ran the rest of the way with the orthodics in my hand. i am now wearing them in my shoes around uni to see if that will mould my feet easier without the pain.

my knees are all hurty from falling over last night so this kinda hurt :(

just a short recovery run this morning and was working alot on the hipcycle. there are still alot of things i dont really get about it and its still pretty foreign feeling to me.

Note

last night i told mum how to get into the right frame of mind on how to prepare food. as the actas dietician told us " salads, rice, pasta first, meat is the side dish"
so any way i told mum that, and i told her to take it seriously, so today i come home from uni and ask mum whats for tea and she says chicken with fettecine i got it out of the ais cookbook, i was quick off the mark to say " no mum its fettucine with chicken" and she snapped at me for some unknown reason and said it doesnt matter, its the same isnt it.then i went on about frame of mind blah blah blah then i informed her to look at recipes in the ais cookbook, and fair enough, the recipe states fettucine with chicken along with every other pasta with meat meal in there.
the dietician was right. next time im cooking.


and that's my rant for the day.
