felt kinda sick( cold wise) this morning so the run didnt go down too well, jon sutcliffe and i were really struggling. wasnt having fun at all.
ran from clares to gap creek, then up hillcrest or whatever that street is called and back to gap creek.

officially sick, i had to admit it but iam,
head was very heavy and icky today. felt a little better this afternoon so went for a quick ride to clear my head.

now im home alone for the whole weekend sick with no one to look after me :(

was gonna train today after my doctors appointment, but they gave me the cervical cancer vacine and i fainted in the waiting room while paying, so they made me stay there for 30mins until i was ok,

yah rain!

didnt warm down properly cause i was the only one there until these guys ina graffitied up car pulled up next to mine... so i drove away fast.

as a result of someones persistant nagging, i went out and did 1/2/3/3/2/1 session with 1min stationary rest in between.
felt pretty good but my god the humidity today was shocking, i could like feel the water in the air.
so anyway i made it to the bushy tree the left of grimsby street. lets see if i can get farther next week. oh and i didnt realise that i set the two 3 min legs uphill. god that was stupid
8min warm up and 5min warm down ( plus falling into the pool)
