was really good navigationally, bit slow, no pizzaz...mm pizza today.

ran home from mt cootha botanical gardens. was nice.
knee was a bit hurty though

orienteering (mapping/distanc estimatio) 1:00:00 [1]

did some distance estimation and then some mapping of a new track..i think it was the dingos track? prob only ran about 2km all up.
also i found some awesome sunnies hehehe they're mine now

omg i got sooo lost!! never go through the detail not mapped bit at chermside hills ever again! i jumped so many construction fences and fell in so many holes in the middle of the bush i had no clue what was going on!
still with that i was only 6mins off the winner so that ok by me.
1st half was slow - being lost was slower- but the rest i pushed especially the hills at the end.

didnt try to do these hills at full speed. prob 80% but i tried to maintain the ssame speed the whole way.
3X3 at the end of payne road.
