cycle 56:29 [3] 13.32 km (4:14 / km)

nice ride over to bardon past the reads house and then back via bowman park.
at the end of paten road the track diverts off into the bush and it specifically said no mtb...but ive never seen a brisbane forest park ranger out in force before soo i decided to ride up it... then i relised im not as smart as a brisbane forest park ranger, as they have put rock stairs in the track to i couldnt ride up it any way and ended up pushing my bike 400m up rock stairs. also map changes need to be made to bowman park before the next thursday event there as they have changed alot of tracks in there...also adding stairs :(

run 13:49 [3] 2.6 km (5:19 / km)
shoes: asics kayano

felt like going for a quick recovery jog, as i was feeling a little stiff from riding this morning
