ran from thors house to the top of mt cootha through jc slaughter falls, then home via the road.

this was alll good and fine until control 9! stupid control nine, was totally not rtfm! i ran up some hill were i wasnt sure i was when i should have stopped! grr i hate myself for that 30-1min lost there, not happy! i was actually coming second for the course at control 8, check the splits! other than that, it was good.

went to the anaconda sale on, and got all this bike gear for the new mtb im getting and uhhh yeah so all i need now is a bike, and people to go mtb with...any takers?

ran with rachel at the end of payne road, did 8 hills and warm up and warm down, reallly hard! and it was raining. good fun!

couldnt quite get my legs working today, they are in quite a bit of pain from yesterday. it was a backwards window o today whre we got to the control circle which was blacked out and had to draw it in, a bit tricky in some parts but easier in others. for some reason its easier to run up hills then is to run down them with my sore hamstring.

i went out to test the bike julia gave me. its ok, brakes might snap though. cant wait till i get my new mountain bike though.

did bodypump at the uq gym. after doing tricep pushups i couldnt get up and had to roll over the get up. in alot of pain now
