run at samford forest, was wet and i ran hard up hills, twas a fun day, has some confusion with one, being marked wrong, so i wasted time there standing around with other people on my course, then another confusion at 2 where i think i marked it wrong this time, stopped short thinking it was the major water course junction but it was the smaller one 15m away from it. other then that navigation was fine, hills were fine and umm shoelaces not fine. wasted about 3 mins all up, i wish i could run up hills faster...someday...
