LEG IS BETTER!! knee didnt hurt at all, quite a random run really. didnt plan it at all but was fun!! ran in a group with aw4some people..4? so we didnt get attacked by the gap rapist. he smells
was real good havnt run that far since a long time cause of knee.

ok so i went to the physio on monday about my knee and he was like STAY OFF IT! and it is patella tendonitus. so i didnt do any training yesterday at clives just sat and talked to him about stuff. so today i did 3X300m hill sprints was ok, didnt want to hurt it so only did 3

rode to hill and back. didnt want to run it because of my knee, but it warmed me up
