cycle 15:00 [1] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: brookesaddiction 6

it was getting kinda dark as i just come from a driving lesson and it was late and no one was home so i left the house unlocked and went for a 3km ride with a massive hill in it that i had to walk up. and thats my training for today, oh yeah i also did this exercise on anaylsing racing thoughts at school in my spare, it was wriiten by Geoff peck 30 years ago and its still good, might scan it and put it up here for others to use.

orienteering (bearings) 45:00 [3] **** 1.5 km (30:00 / km)
shoes: keen

we did bearings on the springfield map but at gap creek. was ok but i was about 2 paces off each one. im pretty sure that was because i did run with my head down alot and moved as i was running. next time i will look up and run to that point instead of looking at the mpa the whole time

orienteering (mapping) 45:00 [3]
shoes: keen

made a map of the gap creek picnic area. did it by bearing and pace counting. i took a few wrong bearings at time but they were pretty acurate,
i might go out and practice this mapping at the creek near the pony club. try some tracks and stuff.

also it was back to school today... quite lame, got very bad chem and english marks.. made the rest of the day quite depressing
