i did a window o at stock yard creek, was 4.5km and did it in 42mins. stuffed up control three so badly, bad compass work, relocated my self alright but wasted 10 mins on that control. should have realised i was in the flat. the next exercise was a pacing and compass course. i realise that my compass was alright as i was in the right direction for all but my pacing was waaaay off and so i need to figure out my pacing again. so i only got 2 out of 6 controls for that as i just couldnt be stuffed. my old pace was 45 steps, but now i think its a bit more as im taking shorter strides for some reason.
all and all i ran fast so i know how fast i can run but it was that stupid control three that made it a bad run.

ok i went around to brisbane forest park and down to ennoggera dam ( lots of hills twas good) and as i was running home i hurt my damm knee again, so i rested it and iced it and then watched wolf creek...... that did not help my knee at all, i was jumping soo much that my knee kept hurting, but i watched the whole movie.. dont think i'll be running through brisbane forest park alone again..

felt bored, cause its holidays and today is my rest day but i went out for a ride around the block and i cam back cause the fron wheel was flat. too lazy to pump it back up so went inside and watched the simpsons. maybe i'll re organise my trophey shelf, its looking a bit dusty

spent the day reorganising trophey shelf, then did some map reading, have been very good this week and ive been doing it everyday, also on tuesday i alphabetically organised all my maps into year and folders, im happy now!

omg i just ate like heaps of crunchie chocolate bits, i feel sick!, thats what working at maccas does to you. going for a loooooong run tomorrow, good work aussies in the middle especailly simon ;)

wow! i just saw superman and it was awesome, it's totally more of a chick flick then i thought it would be! i love superman!!!!

felt good running up the hills, ran up them all and felt fine. guess those hill sprints paid off.
i will do more hills on saturday maybe?

did a 1.5km warm up to the hill then did 5 100m hill sprints with a 10second break. then ran 1.5km home

also today did a 3km bike ride to wendys house and back, there is a creek in the way so i have to carry my bike over that bit. now im thinking i have to go for a 5km rn to the video store cause i have to return walk the line. stupid me not having a licence

ok so it took me ages but i found all controls and i just cant get up hills, plus i was extreamly tired from staying up last night to wathc the jwoc sprint, btw congrats hanny and matt and the rest of the aussie team for a great result.
so yeah im really tired now but im gonna stay up to wathc the long distant final now.

went for a run down to st peter chanel and then down around where the stoner skatie kids live, saw them and ran back home down payne road and up to silva park.
kinda slow cause i wanted to get an hour but i got home before an hour.
knee hurts a little bit again

ok so im using attackpoint now, its pretty good so far. qld schools champs are in a month so that means more concentration on orienteering and less on school!! yah i love orienteering
