3/4 of game. Tried not to run but did a few strides which is fine. I’m hoping netball doesn’t hinder this no running rule from the physio. I mean I am able to run for 20mins without running so this didn’t hurt. I was shooter at the end and scored a goal. No running in last quarter.

I have walked 7.6 km this week. If I was walking the Heysen trail from Cape Jervois to Blinman, I wouldn’t have gotten very far.

I went for a bike ride in blackwood forest to practise my skills and fell over going down hill on a corner. The bike slid out from under me I slid with the bike down hill slope for about 5m from where I fell.
A bit bruised and very muddy up to my shoulder. Went home a bit shocked but not hurt.

State cyclocross champs at bonython Park. I some how was entered in women’s elite... anyway I came 10th which may or may not have been last but hey I wasn’t that bad. The other girls were in sight the whole time. Might do it again.

Cyclocross technique training.
With all the stress of getting everything of the camp organised I needed this.
It was heaps fun! I learnt how to get off and keep running and bunny hop and to pass people.
