sA night champs at my Crawford. Ballsed up number three good. I was not in a minor creek, I was in a very wet ride south of the creek. Because of this I ran past my control.

Nopeeeeet loop . New time trial loop we have in Belair organised by Stefano. It's 7km exactly. This isn't the actual time but the warm up and warm down but missing a bit in the loop and running with Sarah who was sick.

Run around the gap and up to walk about creek to see the new park they are building. I was very very stiff and aching in weird places for the first 10mins

Aus middle at cascades. Focused from the start and I sort of talked my self up before the race in my head that I could do this.
Used my plan and bang strategy that nick dent taught me in 2009 when I wasn't doing so well in sprints. He told me to stop and plan the leg and then memorise the leg and run as fast as you can.
Had fun from the start and felt good but started to tire around control 9. Stuffed around at 16 following Patrick and jarrah into their gully control and panicked. But realised it was just on the other side of the knoll. Phew.

And the noodle award goes to .... Bridget! Absolutely no clue what I was thinking on the way to 2. Found an easy control I a track and still couldn't figure out where I was.
Tash caught me at 2 but I ran pretty hard for the middle part that she not caught up to me again with Jo at 8. Lost my SI on the way to 12 and had to climb back up the bare rock to search for it. I found it in a tree. Ran with Nicola to the end but we stuffed up the last control.
